Payments can be made by cheque or cash. At the moment I don’t have the facility to accept card payments. Payment in full must be made either before, or immediately after, your treatment.
If you need to cancel an appointment with me, please let me know as far as possible in advance. Cancellation on the day of your appointment may incur a charge of £10.
All data I take from you in writing or verbally is kept strictly private. I never pass on your details to anyone else – I hate spam and unsolicited contacts as much as you probably do. When you give me your email address, I will check with you before putting you on my contact list to send you any information. Anything I send will be to do with shiatsu – either information on special offers I run from time to time or a link to a blog I am planning for the future. You will have the option not to opt into this, of course.
